T7PRO FAQS
T7Pro is 56 KM/H with pedal assist. And the customer can adjust the maximum speed during use.
Yes, it works on all our models.
What kind of weather can I ride in? T7Pro is built to the IPX6 water-resistant standard. It indicates your bike is resistant to multi-directional water splashes, meaning it is okay to ride or park your T7Pro in the rain. Light to moderate raindrops or splashes from a wet road will not harm your ebike, but be wary of harsher weather and rainfall conditions. Additionally, do not stay too long in heavy rain. The general rule of thumb is, if weather impacts your visibility and has the possibility to affect your bike's functionality, it is likely not a safe riding condition. With that in mind, safe riding!
Estimated delivery time is 2-9 business days, there may be featured situations that cause logistic delays.
T7PRO has upgraded the electric control, motor and Uding double shoulder air fork for T7, T7PRO adopts 52V voltage system, 1000W Bafang motor, the speed has been upgraded from 28MPH to 35MPH, and the fork adopts UDING 105mm adjustable fork with better quality and longer travel.
The batteries of T7 and T7PRO can't be common, please buy the corresponding battery or other related accessories according to the model you buy.

Customer Reviews
Overall rating: 4.6 / 5 from 167 reviews.
Here is my short and precise review on the "Vitilan T7 Pro" as a UK buyer.
Pros:
1) (If speed unlocking through settings) the bikes software is really good as it allows you to set a top speed for the bike manually. Whether that 25kph, 26kph, 27kph..etc. You can set it to the specific speed you want it to go at it's fastest. So if you want to do just a little of the 25kph/15.5mph limit you can do so.
2) The acceleration on this bike is nice and natural, and you can easily cruise on Level 3. And the bike is also powerful enough to feel safe when making turnings and merging on the road when you may require a bit of acceleration.
3) Suspension is really good coming from a bike with no suspension. And I will include the tyres in this pro, that are very beastly and provide great grip as well as comfort. Although I haven't tested the longevity of them, I believe they should hold up and do appear to be "puncture resistant".
4) As a cargo bike this bike is great with the rear rack. Although I do have a problem with the basket as it affects me being someone who is 6ft. Will mention this later. Great bike for hauling stuff around.
Cons:
1) If you are buying this bike as a UK resident please know that this bike is illegal. I did make the mistake of purchasing it believing it would be legal to use as it came from a UK site. But laws say that the motor needs to be 250w max and police could take it off you being 750/1000w. It would have cost me £300+ to send the bike back so I decided that I would just use it for my Nightshifts, night rides and off-road journeys. The bike would get a lot of people's attention if you were riding it in the day on UK roads so be aware.
2) Although the bikes battery life does last long, way longer than most other UK batteries. It does switch off completely at around 27-30%. So remember this as I had to do a journey with no power as the bike went out on me at 27%.
3) Appearance. As a UK buyer this bike does very much have the aesthetic of a motorbike. Especially in the matte black colour. I would recommend going for the Yellow, or the Chameleon colour as the matte black version does make the bike look "scarier" than it is. Which does make it stand out more in the public's eye, which you may or may not want. I also removed the headlight for a bikier look.
4) The "horn" on the bike is exceptionally loud and will definitely shock pedestrians. It would get the attention of Cars on the road but you're meant to be a bike and not a motorbike. I did end up taking mine off as I found that my hand would accidentally slip and hit the button which would shock myself.
5) I do have an issue with the rear basket which site too close to the seat, even when I have it set furtherst away from it. So I do annoyingly have to have the seat a bit higher up than I would like to in order to use the basket. If you are shorter than 6ft then you shouldn't have a problem with this.
Customer service:
So far the customer service has been great. I did have an issue with a bolt not being included but they sent a new one out to me when I enquired about it. I hope this continues. Hopefully I don't have any major technical issues in the next 2 years, I'm not sure what Vitilan are like in terms of replacing large components like batteries. Which should be free to exchange if any faults happen in the 2 year period. From the website a second battery would cost £400, which to be fair isn't too bad for it's size. I would definitely recommend buying a rear view mirror for this bike.
"Wish I knew" before purchasing:
1) That the bike isn't allowed on UK roads. So use wisely, you may be stopped if using this bike as a commuter. Just ride safely and not like a dingdong.
2) Go for the yellow or Chameleon colour instead of the Matte black. Just gives off better vibes in the view of the public.
Final view:
There are other e-bikes out there around the same price that would look more suitable for use on UK roads such as the "Hemiway Big Dog". But for me what sets this bike above the rest is the ability to customise the speed the bike can go. I haven't seen any other e bike that allows you to do this. Also the price is very competitive with this bike and I would definitely recommend buying the previous model for a few hundred less as you don't need the extra 250w power from the Pro. The T7 model would be a great buy for cargo hauling.
Overall I would rather my experience and my purchase with Vitilan 4/5 stars.
The bike is big and takes some getting used to, but once you do, it’s great fun. I considered buying a motorcycle, but with this bike, I can go places where motorcycles are prohibited. The battery seems to hold up well; I covered 75 km with pedal assist, riding off-road and through the woods. It’s perfect for me. The accessories—like the rack and bag, mirrors, fenders, and helmet—are excellent.
I totally love this bike I have a fat bike that is just peddle power and it knackers me out now I am in my middle fifties. So having this I can go so many places on 1 charge and get there and I am no longer covered in sweat once I get somewhere which is nice. And I have got my son Kurt to buy a M5 bike from you guys as he was thinking about buying a cube which was a lot more money and he is expecting his this Sunday. The only gripe I have is the battery when fully charged never says 100% on the bike display and speedo seems to take a while to catch up but it is a great bike
So far so good had no problems the bike is comfortable had no issues with gear changes I do like that you can change the settings to your own requirements on the electrics side of things ordered a extra large seat post as am 6ft 3 that came a week later but all in all great bike.
I have had my t7 pro in chameleon for about 2 weeks. The bike arrived well packaged and damage free. The build quality is very high and everything worked as it should. The battery gives the bike a really good range, on power assist level 3, I can get about 50 miles. The saddle is the most comfortable I've ever tried and makes longer journey's a real pleasure. I cannot fault the bike in anyway. The bike arrived quickly after purchase however the free gifts of a helmet and cycle lock have not arrived yet. I would recommend this bike to anyone.
This ebike is entry level price but I am impressed with the quality of the parts, Samsung battery, Bafang motor, nice suspension, brakes, gears all function perfectly. Nice quality paintwork. Performance -wise it is perfect for navigating the rough hilly track where I live and then 7 miles by road to my workplace. It is quite heavy but needs to be for the useage I require. As you can see I am no lightweight and it doesn't struggle with me and a few days shopping. A battery charge lasts 3 round trips with me putting in a bit of effort, which is great.

⭐ Vitilan T7 Pro Review (Tall Rider, UK Use)
Delivery & Setup Bike arrived quickly and in excellent condition. Brakes worked straight out of the box with only minimal adjustment needed.
Fit & Comfort
Swapped the seat pin for a 400 mm to suit my 6'4" height.
Suspension adjusted easily to my preference.
Reused adjustable stem from my old bike for better riding position.
Lighting & Visibility
Stock front light and horn are strong enough for riding in pitch‑black conditions in the New Forest.
Added two side lights, fork lights, and multiple rear rack lights (two side, two back, plus the included one).
Rear light includes brake function but no indicators.
Loud tyres provide extra audible presence, which I find reassuring.
Performance & Electronics
Computer is simple to set up and use.
Rear rack light connects via the control box located at the bottom bracket — very straightforward.
Bike keeps to UK speed limits without issue.
Security & Extras
Cruxer Bike Alarm (USB rechargeable, 110 dB, sensitivity adjustable, remote controlled).
Burg‑Wächter Duo Kit padlocks (Sold Secure Diamond & Gold, 10 mm).
Victoper 2024 upgrade lights (8000 lumen, 8 LED, IPX5 waterproof).
Wish List The only thing I wish I had added from the start is wing mirrors for better rear visibility.
I have had the vitilan T7 pro now for a week and am more than happy with its looks, features and performance. It comes with above average components like the tektro hydraulic brakes with 180mm discs, front and back, a fully adjustable, 3 stage lockout/rebound dnm ao-08rc rear shock, uding 105mm dual crown airforks, a chunky 52v 20ah quality Samsung battery, cst all terrain 26x4" tyres and a robust and really powerful bafang G063 1000W motor that peaks well above the advertised/rated peak power of 1600w..so far I've hit 1799w going up a hill. The bike has 3, 5, 7 or 9 levels of pedal assist which is very responsive and quite intuitive for the advanced cadence sensor. The bike also comes stock with a half twist throttle with a top speed of 35mph, which i can confirm it does reach. I've also done some light to medium off roading and the bike and suspension held up very well. I feel safe while riding the bike and it feels strong and sturdy, even at high speeds it handles well. I opted to swap out my pedals and handle bars for carbon ones which I think looks great and I've shed a little weight too. I think you do get value for money and alot of bike for the price with the vitilan T7 pro. Love my new bike!
Overall happy with the bike. Had some small issues with the bearing on the front wheel. But I'm being compensated with a free helmet and fone holder hopefully. As I'm going to take it to a professional Ebike shop to get it sorted professionally which will cost me more money. But as I'm resiving a helmet for free. I can pay for the minor issue with the wheel.
So far we have 175km on them and no issues or any real complaints just recommend using loctite on all bolts and do a once over after 100km on all the bolts to make sure they haven't loosen off. Definitely loving the ease of use and how far you can travel and not be worn down after a fairly long ride. Thumbs 👍
Where should I begin describing my excellent 1000-watt (peak 1600-watt) e-bike? It features Tektro hydraulic disc brakes with 180mm rotors, Shimano Altus 8-speed under-shifters, and a half-twist throttle. The top speed is advertised as 35 mph; I managed 30 mph, though traffic slowed me down. I achieved a respectable 40-mile range before the battery depleted. I opted for the chameleon paint job, adding £50, which I felt was worthwhile. My only concern is a slight buckle in the front wheel, apparently caused by the courier, and I'm liaising with Vitlan for a replacement.
Love the bike, I was 23st 6lb when I got it and live with hills all around me, this bike allows me to easily climb hills, and then ride on the flat for miles with little or no assistance, and has helped me lost 4st so far, seat is very comfortable, bike is well built, a little heavy, but roles fine once moving. Price is good when compared to other of similar spec.
Delivered on time, No visible damage and was easy to unbox and put together using the instructions apart from the rear light (fitting electrical wire found on internet) Only done 50 miles so far, Well worth checking all nuts and bolts after a short 1st ride, Only problem I found was the front brake cable rubbing between fork and wheel hopefully sorted with some cable spiral wrap, After that only time will tell, Good luck with yours 😜
This bike is outstanding for the price. I have the T7 pro with upgraded front shocks and faster top speed. I was nervous buying a Fat Tyre at first, being 53, but! What fun it is. The ride is totally different to my last normal EBike. Bit of a learning curve with the lack of turning circle, but you’ll soon be on autopilot. I live in a first floor flat with stairs… the bike is 38kg.. it’s doable. Just. Overall you’ll be pleased. The yellow pops and the tyres turn heads! Costumer service is very good and quick to respond within normal hours. Would definitely buy again. Cheers.
Everything from purchasing to delivery of bike was excellent and not disappointed on unpacking it,the bike itself is a joy to ride,no issues whatsoever 👍
Lovely looking bike. Very comfortable. Will go over all terrain. People stop me to ask and admire about the t7 Pro 52v chameleon paint work and the bike. I'm very pleased to own one😁👍
Bike was delivered without any issues, had to wait a while for the rack and bag. Overall bike is nice, heavy but that suits me. Had an issue with the crank casing not sealing up screws would not tighten any more leaving a large gap and not maintaining a water tight seal. Contacted customer services who were helpful. However I had to purchase and tap and die set to re-do the thread deeper for the machine screws, possible paint over spray maybe, but once down the casing sat flush and water tight.
I bought a t7 from vitilan uk first it came with damage a couple of chips on it they didn't want to do anything about then I noticed the rear tyre wasn't beeded properly I've tried to put tyre on properly but keeps unbeadung itself also there is a tiny split in tyre I've not even ridden the bike it has zero miles on it they are saying I cause the damage from riding it I've not even ridden bike also they are saying you shouldn't put 30 psi in tyre when it stated on tyre and on net to put 30 psi in it when I got the bike I checked the tyres psi it had 30 psi in them and the tyre was not beeded so the fact they say don't put 30 psi in tyre when it had 30 psi when I got the bike is ridiculous I contacted vitilan uk they don't want to do anything about this they are not interested in the damage on paintwork and they are not interested in the faulty tyre oor wheel all I can say is do not use vitilan uk you will regret it your bike will turn up damaged or faulty from factory so please don't buy from vitilan uk better still don't buy vitilan as you will regret it as you will not recieve any customer service if your bike is faulty or damaged you are better off buying a, different branded bike like lankeleisi as you will recieve a decent bike and get good customer after care do not use vitilan uk you will regret it they will shaft you when your bike turns up faulty or damaged PLEASE SHOP ELSE WHERE DO NOT SHOP AT VITILAN UK OR VITILAN FULL STOP
Firstly I must comment on the ordering and delivery. I placed the order while the T7pro was out of stock but there was an estimated shipping date advertised. This proved to be very accurate and my bike was dispatched by the due date. The delivery in the UK was completed by Arrow Xl. I was kept informed of everything and the bike was delivered with its sturdy packaging box in totally undamaged condition. It was very well packaged with lots of padding and protection. As a result the bike was in perfect condition. Assembly was very straightforward.
It’s certainly an impressive looking bike. It’s huge and very heavy but feels pretty solid and appears well made.
The pedal assist certainly works. You don’t need to pedal very hard to make good progress. So much so, that around town, level 3 is as far as you want to go or you will start drawing too much attention to yourself due to the speed. It flys at level 5. However like others have pointed out it can take a while for the assistance to kick in when moving off from a standstill especially on a gradient. For that reason, steep slopes have to be approached with a bit of momentum, otherwise it can struggle to get up. That is the only thing that is really disappointing for such a powerful bike. The throttle is the same, it comes in gently and progressively. It’s no problem getting up hills once you are moving along although I have not yet tried it on a really long steep gradient.
I have not had a lot of use lately due to wet weather and have only taken the battery down to about 50% before recharge but l have noticed the advertised range does appear somewhat over ambitious. From my limited use it would appear that about 1/2 the advertised is probably more realistic.
The suspension and fat tyres certainly cope really well with rough surfaces off road, which is good, as I bought this bike to use off road for a lot of my journeys.
Overall I am happy with my purchase. It allows a fairly unfit, overweight, 60 something, travel relatively effortlessly while still peddling.
