The free gift password lock arrived in good condition and on the same day as my t7 pro which was nice, although I'd long prepared for the vitilan T7s arrival by having already purchased 2 level 5 security locks, one motorbike chain and padlock and the other a d-lock which is where the password lock comes in handy as im able to connect all 3 locks together and each lock through the bike frame. Simply to use, easy to install. Comes default set at 00000 but you can easily change it to your own combination. No complaints here.
The bike lock was indeed terrific, which is more than can be said for the bike - bought front and rear baskets with my purchase and only received the rear one. Upon contacting support was referred to the delivery company who never had it in the first place - so support didn’t work and I’m still without a front basket. As for the bike the battery doesn’t slot in fully or the top hole is wrongly positioned- either way the ignition won’t engage as it’s misaligned, so I had to saw off the top 20 millimetres to allow the bolt to extend fully.
