It’s been very poor, first was sent a two pin plug instead of a three point pin plug as I’m in the UK! It’s been over two weeks and still the plug has not arrived so unable to charge the battery so not able to use, second the seat does not stay in place or tighten so again not able to use , it very frustrating as it takes 24hours for the company support to get back to me and it’s to ask me a question then I replied and it takes another 24 hours to get an answer now I’m also waiting for the repair part for the seat, I think this bike will be going back.
Amazing bike : I was very impressed , from the power of it … plus it is not that heavy as the other electric bikes and it has everything needed… love it

Delivery was a day earlier than expected. Assembly of the bike was straight forward. I really like all the things that are normally options on other bikes that were included.

Very pleased with the bike, very easy to put together. Had a little bit of trouble with getting the lights to work. I emailed the company and they got back to me within 24hr and solved the issue. Recommend the bike and the excellent service was good too.
Delivery at time they said very friendly delivery service they sent information at every stage when I got it it was easy to put together it rode lovely but there was no throttle so I contacted them and they got back to me no trouble there was nothing wrong with the bike they are fantastic I have 2 u3s I would recommend it to anyone

Good value e-bike on the road and very stable on rougher terrain. It’s not super compact when folded due to the 3 inch wheels but that’s is expected. The tyres are knobbly which creates quite significant rolling resistance when peddling without power but judging by my real world testing I would expect to get 30+ miles out of a full charge. The seat and suspension create a very comfortable riding experience and is far better than all my other e-bikes. The only real negative, which was easy to fix, was the binding of the rear brake. Overall I’d give this bike 4.5 stars. It would be perfect with 2.4inch tyres, another 20km of range and 5kg lighter but for the price it’s very good.
Amazing bike, made my life so much easier. I'm learning how to drive and this is the perfect solution for independent travel in rural North Yorkshire. It has plenty of lights when cycling in the dark, and i feel comfortable with the speeds it offers.

I waited 1 month to write about this option because I wanted to try it. I am very happy with the purchase. The bike comes fully assembled and all you have to do is unfold it. This is an easy to ride and super agile bike.

I am a 5’3” female senior and highly recommend this bike. Comfortable, easy to ride and when folded it fits in the back of my small SUV. I do need assistance lifting it in the car though.

I just got the bike today. It was very simple to assemble! Only took about 20 minutes, most of which was getting it out of the box. It has LOTS of power. I’m 5’11” and it fits me great. Makes it up hills with zero effort. Now I can keep up with my teenager!!

There is truly a learning curve to riding an e-bike. My husband and I both purchase an e-bike within days of one another. My bike is by far a better quality than his. And it’s something if he admits it is! And he has high praises for mine
