Have only owned the I7 Pro for a few weeks but love it so far. Everything works as expected. Bike is large, great for people 6ft +. I weigh 240 lbs and my bike bag weighs 10 lbs. No problems hitting 28mph on flat ground. Just started commuting to work this week and racked up over 100 miles without issue. Also bought a U7 for wife and child to ride. Its great too. The U7 had some minor damage occur during shipping. Vitilan was quick to help by sending replacement part. Will update review if there are any serious issues down the line.

Ordered the bike for one of our grandkids for Christmas. It arrived earlier than expected, well packaged and all parts complete. Easy assembly as bike was 90% assembled. Charged bike and it was ready to ride. Of course I had to try it out to make sure it was safe; I was impressed with the speed of this bike! It is FAST. I had a question for customer service and they responded immediately, they also sent an upgraded, more comfortable seat, at no extra charge. Impressive. If you’re in the market for an e-bike you can’t go wrong when you order from this company. One person found this helpful

We really enjoy our Vitilan e-bikes. We purchased 2 e-bikes, so that my wife and I could ride together, and since we are considered seniors, we wanted something that we could ride that would allow us to put as much great or little effort that we wanted for exercise. We were pleased how quickly our bikes were shipped, neatly packed, and how great that they look.
