Love the U7, even more so that it's unlocked. Ride is comfortable and it's great value for money.
Prompt delivery, really well packaged, simple to assemble, easy to ride, battery lasts what seems a lifetime, but the bike is very heavy !
Arrived as stated, husband put it together with minimal issues, lovely bike to ride, smooth and easy to work out the speeds etc. A little on the heavy side he to remove the battery to put on the bike rack due to weight, but battery easy to remove and replace so not an issue. Looking forward to future adventures

This is my 2nd ebike I've been diagnosed with afib so I needed a bike that could get me up hills and home if I have an attack and the vitilan u7 2.0 is that bike it's amazing

I have a piece of metal kinda u shaped and can't find what it is for?
Just picked up my first ebike! Super cool guy on marketplace sold it to me for $500. Only has 50 miles on it. Looks brand spanking new. 20AH version. Came with the front basket too. Loving it so far!! Seat has got to go though.. cloud seat here I come lol. And maybe a smaller rear gear. Love the power btw. Interesting that the controller has a hard limit in the settings of 25mph (which it stops immediately at) but hey fast enough for me! I'm digging the S2 screen. And thankfully it has a setting to kick up the brightness level.
Had this for about a month now and so far been on holiday and work with the u7 that I used to get to the shops etc took a bit of getting use to but got to grips with it no probs effortlessly getting up hills on peddle assist could do with extra gears as sometimes find myself ghost peddling but overall nice smooth ride solid well built frame and wheels folds well into suv nice big display great brakes and suspension great bike and price range think you would be hard pressed to find an e bike with so much at that price
After three days of waiting, the U7 arrived and I'm very happy with it
The vitilan u7 is a great bike. My wife and I both have one now. I appreciate the quality and all that this E bike has to offer. The 750W performs really well, it has plenty of power for going up hills.

Love it, I rode 3000miles, nice ebike.
My u7 arrived this morning and I'm already in love with it! What a great bike. It takes steep hills like they aren't there. And I'm able to balance the pedal assist with different gears to get as much or as little workout as I want in my hilly neighborhood. Everything about this bike feels high quality
The deliver was slower than expected it said 3 to 7 days but took 10, the assembly instructions were ok but could do with a bit more info, the instructions for the onboard system were incorrect for the model I received, which caused some real confusion when trying to set the bike up for my personal preferences, they also didnāt explain what certain settings were. Apart from that the bike is amazing to ride and looks good, fits in the back of my Motorhome garage with no issues once folded.
Good bike I have not explor all what can Do just ride for one short time but loke ok.
Fantastic fun a pleasure to ride
Box arrived open! Bent crank, bent derailleur, scratched paint. Support eventually got back to me. I sent pictures and they agreed to replace the crank and touch up paint. They asked for a picture of the frame number which I can't read without dismantling the crank. Thats where I stand now. The bike is a nice bike even though I can't ride it.
Purchased the Vitilan U7 e bike mainly for off roading and wow! what a game changer. This is my first ebike experience and couldn't of made a better choice, so powerful, it's that good I bought another one for the wife and she loves it.
Great bike, smooth gears, suspension is good, controls are easy to use. Everything adjusts to suit so easy. Best bike I've ever had. Service so far is spot on.
Had problem with bike throttle wouldnāt work Emailed vitilan told them about my issues but never got a call back
This bike is great. Makes getting fitter so much easier than having to full pedal all the time. They look great too. The step through is great to have. Bought two of these bikes, pink and black. We love them.
Arrived on time and in good condition. My bike arrived locked to UK/ EU spec which was disappointing but customer services . were helpful sending me links to videos showing how to unlock the bike . The more I ride my U7 the more I love it . I am quite a heavy rider and I have managed 47 miles of mixed terrain real world riding on a single charge with battery bars to spare which I am more than happy with. I give the bike 5 stars not because it's perfect ( nothing is) but because I love riding it so much .

This felt like a big gamble but I was seduced by all the reports I found on line about them being ready to go -1and that it ticked all the boxes I was looking for. Firstly ours didnāt come ready assembled and until I contacted the company I was struggling to put them together. We are over 60 and not techy I should add. However the build quality looked great so I persisted and their help for building and sorting the speed limiter has been successful. Though it still wonāt work on the throttle. Iām not too worried about that as it makes cycling it feel more controlled. We have taken them to have them checked at a local bike shop and to sort the rubbing front brakes. If the front wheel had been factory fitted as we expected we wouldnāt have had this problem - or expense. So, to summarise - the bikes are great but very heavy. They do fold well and go like a bomb. We canāt argue that they are fun to ride. It was just the building and restrictions on the speed and throttle which we were not expecting that needed to be sorted. We are now looking forward putting them in the motorhome and using them.
