After a few tweaks, and considerable time spent fitting the accessories, it's a great bike to ride. The mudguards are less than useless so I had to buy after-market ones which actually work, but I had to spend a lot of time improvising and faffing about trying to get them to fit. Derestricting the bike for off-road use gives you a top speed of around 19 to 20mph on the flat - not the claimed 28 to 30 mph. It's nowhere near as powerful as people are claiming. "A peak of 1200 watts" is just utter nonsense. The tyres are NOT "puncture proof" as often claimed. Thorns will puncture them easily, so be careful off when off-roading. Still, it's a sturdy, comfortable bike that's fun to ride.
Bit frustrating to start off as needed setting up and the book could be better and make it easier to understand. However, I rode it today on my first proper outing and it was blooming brilliant! So quick with not much effort needed. Looking forward to getting out n about this summer in the countryside 🚴🏼♀️😁

The bike arrived on time all you have to do is fit the front wheel, seat, mudguard, and pedals 30 minutes if that I added my own seat and gold pedals I ordered the bmx handlesfrom vitilan All is perfect.
LOVE this I7!!!….Been eyeballing this bike for a while..jumped on the I7 pro 3 Father’s Day sale. Got my wife the U7 a couple of yrs ago and people love hers. I had another brand called Ebkoracy. Gooood bike but I love the fit finish and build of the Vitilan and I can’t wait to rack the miles…Went with the Army Green and I’m sooooo glad I did…it looks fantastic!…So yeah , get the bike!…one small complaint…no where to put a water bottle on the I7 pro…other than that….look forward to many moons of Riding.
Great bike for seniors very good quality 70 years old 6/4 height ride nice on off-road handles well light weighted. This is my second E-bike. My first one was taller and heavier. This one much lighter and more cruising distance.
So we are not so happy with bike 😒 we cannot seem to get throttle to work ??? And it is under performing speed ! When we received bike we had to send for new charger as one that arrived with the bike was incompatible with the lead ( we have now received correct lead and charger ) thank you ,however now bike is charged and ready to go we have very low speed and no throttle not very happy with this product we really like the style.of the bike bit not living up to any.of the expectations perhaps we could.replace it and return this one to you if that is possible a lot of money for something that does not do what it is supposed to do

Nice bike, and I have had a few compliments from people saying it looks good, when out cycling. Powerful fast ebike with a large 20amp hr battery. I purchased this foldable ebike to allow me to get into the car and help extend my cycling range. It is quite a heavy bike and I will need assistance to get it lifted into the car. Main cycle so far has been 32 miles and was left with approx 40% ish battery remaining. I will get a better understanding of range with more use. The bike is restricted, throttle disabled, and used on assist level 3, pedal assist, only. One problem is the battery rattles in the frame, quite annoying and frustrating. I thought this problem had been resolved previously by attaching padding to the battery? The Hydrolic brakes are very good, and seem to have more stopping power than my previous ebikes hydrolic brakes. Overall, So far, happy with my new ebike, apart from the battery rattle.
Bike came in 6-7 working days and assembly was relatively easy. I have had an issue with it but the support team are working with me, I love the bike and managed 54mile in my first weekend with 2 battery bars still remaining which is fantastic. Looking forward to doing extra bits on it in the future thanks again guys ✅

I have really enjoyed riding my bicycle; it provides a great experience and feels quite robust. However, I’ve noticed that the speed limit seems to be capped at 15 mph, even when I try to increase it, which may be a built-in feature. Regarding the battery life, as advertised by the manufacturer, I take a daily round trip of 9.4 miles to work. Unfortunately, the battery only lasts for about 5 days (a total of 47 miles or 75.64 km) before it drops to one bar. After the fifth day, I felt it was prudent to recharge rather than risk running out of battery. The terrain I ride on includes a moderate hill, as indicated on Google Maps, so that may be a contributing factor to the battery drain. On a positive note, the bicycle offers a great riding experience, and I appreciate the option to remove the throttle if it’s not needed. Additionally, the braking and suspension systems are impressive, and the fat tires provide excellent balance while riding. Overall, it’s a solid bike with a few areas for improvement.
Hi I have had the bike in storage since November 24 and have put the bike together but I have a problem. As you can see I cannot lock the tilting arm on the front post . Very happy with my new bike. Have already converted it to BMX handlebars (which I think should be offered as an option when buying the bike). I did ten miles on it yesterday and apart from an issue I have with being unable to see the power remaining status of the battery (I have reached out to Vitilan support and am hoping they will be able to resolve this) I was hugely impressed with the handling and comfort of the bike.
Took it for it’s first ride last Sunday and did just over 30 miles apart from a couple of minor glitches like the folding handlebar locking mechanism not working (easy fix) it performed really well
Wow just wow!!!. You can easily remove the throttle, if you live in central London and you are worried about the speed, not to mention change the speed, that's a big point for me. I already knew it was the best as it won the best folding bike award for e-vr on his youtube channel 2024. Also the reviews are all good. Personal experiences off the bike...wow Power, quality and customer service are out off this world good. They sent a new peddle and crank out to me fast and it was my fault it broke! And all free.......amazing. good mileage why pay 800 pounds for average- for the extra bit of money you can get something thats awesome. These guys know how to put a bike together, with the best tested parts. Thank you Vitilan you guys are the best!

Love it to be candid. Literally one of my best life purchases. Only issue I've had, hit a bump and the screws on the controller fell right on out. Gonezo. Now, I did contact them and were right on top of sending replacements, so, I suppose should make this 5 stars. So fun. First trip was a solo outing to a nearby got springs. Suspension is fantastic. Great vehicle!
The Vitilan I7 Pro 2.0 is my first ebike; however I researched ebikes for the last year. Overall, I feel the i7 Pro is the best folding ebike on the market. No other folding ebike has the combination of 20 ah battery, full suspension, torque sensor, Logan hydraulic brakes, 25 amp controller and turn signals. However, during the selection process I paid close attention to the customer service experience after the sale. Unfortunately, I had some very minor shipping damage to the chain ring and retainer which were bent. I straightened them as best as I could but the chain would derail when I changed gears. I promptly emailed a photo of the damage to Vitilan Service, the following day they shipped a new right crank assembly. One other bug popped up, the left rear turn light started flashing and would not turn off no matter the position of the turn selector switch. I reached out to Vitilan and they are shipping a new tail light. All of the above solidify my opinion that Vitilan i7 Pro 2.0 is the best folding ebike on the market today!
