A hairline crack appeared on the housing of the brake handle housing. Spoke to vitiLan about it who said it was not covered on the guarantee. So I had to pay for them to send a new one out. Item arrived in good time and looks ok. Don’t think much of the guarantee on these bikes as you seriously have to argue for everything if something goes wrong. Can be very annoying .

I had a faulty part oin a new bike that was sorted and replaced very promptly. I'm happy. Yet to test the machine but if it goes as well as their service then all will be good. Happy customer. David in the UK.
