Absolutely awesome love it to pieces and the power and speed is incredible had a minor issue with the seat post clamp ( very minor fault ) but apart from that it’s incredible I have a total of four e bikes what I have collected over the years but this is the best by far !

Really happy. The bike is well built and a comfortable ride. Arrived on time and simple to assemble. We also found it easy to ride and control. It is more than powerful enough to get up the steep hills and roads in my area. Love the features like the light indicators and cool horn. Can’t wait to take it out to the coast and explore more.
6 months in the making As for now im satisfied its a great bike im using it work/home 12km X2 5 days a week I buy a seat post w/ shock absorber its on the way coz the street were i go had a lot of holes i need only to adapt my V3. Also i add a sidemirro/very soft seat cushion from aliexpress

Overall the few times I've been able to ride the bike, I'm very pleased. The bike has good power and it looks awesome. Pros: looks, power, brakes, tires, suspension, quality, bike was 99% assembled right out of the box Cons: seat is uncomfortable, battery rattles when off-road, toolkit was missing some parts, instructions could use some more information on what all the setting are for. Compared to the other bike in the picture which was my first e-bike, it's a more robust bike overall. Realistically if the battery didn't rattle and the seat was a little more comfortable, I would give it a 5 star rating. The toolkit is cheap but handy if needed. Would be nice to get all the tools.
Wish you could put the BMX style handle bars on it. Also front blinkers
We just bought our E-bikes and we love them. We take them with us when we go camping the range of 45 miles and the speed of about 30 mph is awesome. We can take them to town to pickup supplies or take them on the trails great for everyone.

Great looking Bike and very powerful. I can readily mount the rear basket. Received after 12 days upon order. A bit heavy but feels very sturdy. Only comment is that the seat provided may need to be upgraded to a much softer and wider seat. Else everything is fine and highly recommended.

After using the Vitilan e-bike for a few days, I'd like to share a balanced review based on my experience. The first thing that stands out is the build quality. The bike feels solid, durable, and well-engineered, with a premium finish. It rides smoothly and gives confidence that it's built to last. That said, there are a couple of areas where I believe the bike could be significantly improved. The main issue is the battery removal and installation process. While it's convenient that the battery can be charged directly on the bike, this doesn't suit everyone. I use the bike for delivery work and carry a spare battery, so I need to swap batteries multiple times a day. Having to lift the front frame every time I insert the battery becomes tiring and inconvenient. It would be great if future models adopted a simpler battery-swapping system, similar to many other e-bike brands. This small design change would make a huge difference for riders who depend on their bikes professionally. The second concern is the battery capacity. The current 48V 16Ah battery is perfectly adequate for commuting, leisure rides, and everyday travel. However, it isn't ideal for commercial use such as food or parcel deliveries, where long range is essential. If Vitilan wants to appeal to delivery riders, offering an optional higher-capacity battery-such as a 48V 35Ah version-would greatly improve the bike's practicality and reduce the need for frequent charging or battery swaps. Overall, I'm genuinely impressed with the bike's quality, comfort, and performance. My feedback isn't a criticism of the product itself but rather a suggestion for how an already well-built e-bike could become even better. With an easier battery-swapping design and a higher-capacity battery option, I believe Vitilan could attract a much wider range of riders, especially those who rely on their e-bikes for work.

Bike is great however we requested a replacement throttle instead were sent videos on set up in Chinese, as a neuro divergent this was really unhelpful and we requested more support but our email went unanswered, we are still waiting for the lock which was part of the purchase
Unfortunately I don't have any photos or videos. But we very pleased with the two bikes we purchased. Our only downside is the weight I am 78 years and my wife is 75 and we struggle to get them into the car.

Still having problems with motor intermittently cutting out . Customer support trying to help me but all suggestions so far haven't rectified fault . Hopefully will get resolved soon !!
When purchasing this ebike the information is not clear in the add of how big and heavy it is and is not what I want I have been trying to return it but nobody seems to want to tell me or help me in this matter I really not happy as I can't even lift it as I have a broken shoulder and I'm 76 not 35/45 which is a fantastic machine for younger 😀. Hope you can help me in this matter. .
