I have to say i'm a little dissapointed that the bike does not have bluetooth connectivity. I love stats but I can't use the app it suggests in the manual. Apart from that the bike is good. If i had known the above i would have opted for the T7 Pro instead.

Absolutely blown away with this bike, the real world range is amazing and the torque sensor is faultless, very smooth and easy to ride, I ran out of battery at one point and still managed to ride home with ease, highly recommend to anyone thinking about getting into e bikes or commuting like me, it handles my 30 miles round trip with ease.
Fantastic bike! Top quality parts And it only took 4 days to arrive I love the paint work, it really stands out. It’s like a mini version of the t7 pro.. It’s also lightweight considering there’s A big battery in the frame.
The bike came well packaged but after building I noticed a couple of chips and a scratch . I was meticulous with the un packing so I feel these probably happened during packaging .The green paint on my wife's bike looks far superior to the black finish on mine. Overall happy with build quality and price. *********I feel they need to send a small touch up paint with the black one as it marks too easily*******

Great bike
Big disappointing, bike have manny issues and no one told me how to acces my warranty. Have many scratches on the frame, Front wheel is it spinning properly and disk break is scratches the pads but break doesn't work at all. Forward wheel is not spinning straight. Yesterday I take it out for a short ride for first and listening a wird noise from engine. I don't have any contact details from my insurance. Please take it as a help to help and send me an email with warranty details and a phone nomber from england. Many thanks Radu from Stafford
I'm blown away by the bike it's amazing. I went for a 20 mile ride only needed pedal assist 2 and 3 on the flat and moderate hills (it was still effortless) and the battery display only went down by 1 bar, also that was with pedal assist 5 on big hills and fields and using some throttle. Extremely comfortable to ride and goes up hills like they're not there. Worth every penny.
The suspension makes it very comfortable to ride, it was very easy to put together. The build quality of the bike is good and it looks very smart. Very good value bike very good price delivery was one week from order. Customer service is excellent and really fast response

Looks great, ride is smooth and responsive.. decent components, very quiet cues 9 speed derailleur, brakes, cute headlight, above average suspension and torque assist sensor. I chose to swap the rear shock for an adjustable one and it feels better. Nothing wrong with the A0-9 but it has no adjustability apart from setting the correct air pressure. Has toughened rims with 27.5 CST tyres which are good for medium and off road terrain. Puts out over 1000w with full battery. On range test I rode about 15 miles and went from 100% to around 62% or so by the time I got home, mainly using assist 3 and 4 with minimal throttlling. Comes with 2amp charger, although I believe the battery is compatible with a 3amp fast charger. For a better cadence I may upgrade the 38t chainring to a 42 or 44t in the future. The display does not appear to be Bluetooth compatible which would have been nice. Overall, very happy with the purchase and price.

The bike arrived very well packaged and went together Very easly. We haven't ridden them yet but overall I am very happy with the quality and the price I paid. The green paint finish is beautiful too worth the extra 50gbp.
Overall it was good but more transparency on tracking, I had to constantly ask for updates.

When I purchased this item it was out of stock and there was a Months wait to receive it. I was kept updated with delivery and when it arrived my son was very pleased with the bike.
Bike seems of good quality. However build instructions were very vague and had to contact vitilan US as UK didn't bother to return our calls. Helmet has still not arrived almost 2 weeks after delivery of bike.
Read a few reviews, which were positive. Loved the look of the bike and particularly likes the two-tone green colour. Ordering process which very easy and delivery quick. Communication was also extremely good. Delivery was as promised, Bike was easy to assemble. Very please with purchase. I personally feel it is very good value for money and love how it rides. Would highly recommend.
First time out and I was very happy it’s so easy to ride I have health problems and it’s the first time I’ve been out on a bike without getting out of breath I would definitely recommend getting one it’s very comfortable and it’s not too expensive
Its a pity because the bike looks and probably rides fabulous but if you dont want to break the law in the uk you need to class it as a scooter or moped insure it get road tax number plates if you want to commute and if you havent got a motorbike licence you need to take one because i paid for this bike then almost immediately found it was illegal as a bicycle.
The bike is first class suits. My needs perfectly however my helmet hasn’t arrived yet and that’s over two weeks late and I have broken my controller screen and I’m having a little bit of trouble getting someone to tell me how I can get one other than that first class.

As good as you said, though do want to up speed to 40kph but haven't managed to find out how.
Easy to assemble. Vitilan were quick to help with information on where to plug in the rear light (inside bottom bracket). I got so carried away that I did actually run out of battery after 33 miles but I rolled and pedalled home no problem. I had been cheating with the motor a lot so in the real world using it sparingly and at moderate assist I would anticipate 45-50 miles. Quality is good and for the price I am really pleased. I have changed the grips as they were not suited to me but other than that if I were you I would buy on now.

It’s a good looking bike. Paint work is a nice Matt black with gold lettering. Good power for size of the motor. This will not reach top speed with a heavy rider, the supplied pedals are small. The manual says the bike has Bluetooth, but it does not. And setting info missing also. Sometimes the controller gets confused with power settings and the bike gets bogged down. Saddle is a cheap one but ok. Breaks well. I’ve made mods to suit my height and now I’m happy with it. Oddly, the mid suspension does not have a lock out, so you have to max inflate it for stiff riding. Front forks are ok. Bike is not too heavy either. My T7 Pro is way heavier than this bike. Happy overall.

The M5 features afront adjustable air fork (with lockout) + rear DNM air shock. Locking the front fork prevents energy loss on climbs and improves efficiency on flat terrain; opening it absorbs bumps and impacts. The rear shock smooths out large drops and continuous ruts, protecting your back. Whether on gravel, tree roots, or uneven trails, the M5 offers extreme comfort and confident handling.
Powered by a48V 15Ah LG lithium‑ion battery, the M5 delivers a real‑world range of50‑80 km(depending on riding mode, terrain, and load). A full charge takes about 4‑6 hours with the standard charger. The battery is removable for convenient indoor charging.
The M5 is set with a default speed of 25 km/h, making it ideal for outdoor exploration and long-distance rides. When the speed limit is removed, the e-bike can reach a top speed of up to 40 km/h. For instructions on how to safely unlock the speed limit, please contact our customer service team.

We have pre-assembled 90% of the bike for you. You only need to tighten the wheel bolts, install the seat and handlebars, and attach a few remaining parts to be ready to ride.
