Love the bike in spite of a number of issues, such as an incorrect manual included, no instructions for the rear rack and its electrics. Lots of loose cables leading off the handlebar should be better dealt with. On the plus side the support is helpful and resolved my issues.
Absolutely love it far better than the other bikes I’ve got sheer power and stability!

So far so good had no problems the bike is comfortable had no issues with gear changes I do like that you can change the settings to your own requirements on the electrics side of things as for photos the bike is massive I did not relies how big the bike is it’s not a small bike so be aware.
Good support from Vitilan and delivery was satisfactory. The bars make all the difference. I live in a forest environment and on the day of testing there was snow and plenty of ice about. If you do anything other than tarmac you definitely need these bars.

Package was slightly damaged however the rack was fine and is functioning as it should.

Brilliant backup communication, every step of the process from China to UK was documented, can't fault that, arrived perfect, fitted exactly and definitely better for my height. Now my pedal stroke is spot on, making the riding experience more pleasurable.

I like the Vitalan I7 Pro3 ebike, its very strong, powerful and comfortable. The full suspension good and softens those bumps and shocks, with the 4 inch wide tyre adding to the ride comfort. Again, it is more comfortable than my hybrid hardtall ebike with front shocks. The Hydrolic brakes are very good. They are much more powerful than the hydrolic brakes on my hybrid ebike. I was looking for an ebike which folded and I could transport in the car to expand areas to explore. It is quite heavy so may need an assist to lift into the car. I was aware of this when purchasing. I also liked the increased capacity of the battery at 48v and 20 amp hours. Again more powerful than my other ebike. Even allowing for the increased weight I hoped to have even better range. As I use it restricted I hope this should improve the range further. I use it restricted on assist level 2 or 3. I noticed on Thurs. when I checked the battery voltage capacity for the first time that it was not charging fully, even after the charger indicated it was fully charged. That is why I have given only 2 stars. It only charges to 53.7volts rather than 54.6v which is normal for a new battery. This will reduce the range of the battery. This is unacceptable for a new ebike battery. This can be a problem with battery cells if stored over long periods without a top up charge when they discharge too low. Or they become unbalanced, though, not normal with a new battery. This is something which occurs over time and use with batteries as they degrade. It is not normal for a brand new battery I have requested a new battery from support. I am quite concerned that a new 20AH battery is showing signs of aging or degredation. So not sure if a battery problem or storage issue, it did look if it had been stored for a signicant amount of time (judging by the box condition and tother factors) So quite concerned about this for a new battery as I really like the ebike and would not wish to have to return it. I am happy to copy you with the email and initial reply from support if it would help. I am happy to upgrade the review once the battery problem is resolved. I look forward to any assistance you can provide.

The Bike is amazing worth the money
The shipping was a bit stressful coz on the curriers sent email saying it had bin shipped and it hadn’t was a bad time trying to get tho and for a few days I was still in the dark until one of viltan told me it in it way and they will email with the day and the very next day was on it way and my son love the bike it doesn’t seam to link up to blue tooth
Delivery driver left it outside in the rain where I couldn't even see it . I thought that's why I paid for protection for for delivery
Not too bad, and fair to say well protected and delivered by two men, but very slight damage on front axle. I've sorted it myself.

This Vitilan T7Pro bike is simply the bees knees. Its an amazing ebike. This is the 5th ebike I have owned and is by far the very best. Its powerful, its fast, its sturdy and can give me long rides, up to around 48 miles on one charge. I use it on level 3, out of 5, and have the speed set at 18 MPH. I love to cruise and I like long rides so this combination suits me. I am 96Kgs so a lighter person would no doubt get even more mileage. Its a great ride and front and reits with full suspension so also great for off road. I love it and cant give it any bad points at all, except that the seat post could be longer for taller people. I bought an extended post for just £14 so that wasn’t going to break the bank. A great bike for the cost. I give this one a big 5*

Shipping crate was very sturdy, however there was superficial damage to the steering stem paintwork where the box had been damaged. The bike was packed very well and apart from the stem damage, had no problems.
From placing the order to receiving the item Vitilan kept me fully updated with tracking details and communication. Great Pedals that definitely complement the bike and zero foot slip.Excellent.
The box arrived torn and poorly celotaped together, the delivery driver was unapologetic and seemed to think it was not his problem! Very poorly wrapped, I have jet to check the bike fully as I am moving house
