I have looked at all the options for weeks on e bikes and had a few in mind. It’s a lot of money to spend and I will have to say this bike is the best for sure! You feel safe when braking and feel confident when needing that pedal power! If you are considering a decent commuter e bike that’s reliable and delivers good speed, this is your bike!
I got this bike for the throttle. I have Multiple sclerosis so trying to ride up a hill is very difficult but wilth the throttle l find l can just about mannage. I have only been on short rides but I'm quite happy with the way it goes long may it continue. If when I've done a few more miles on it l may buy another bike for my wife
Great ride with a very good range, the gearing could be just a bit higher but easily solved with 4 extra teeth. Loving it so far as being an older owner the step through frame is so much easier than my previous fat tyre bike, highly recommend

Just trying my wife's new bike.
So far I love my new bikes. Easy to assemble, comfortable with standard seat, added a basket and back rack.
The bike does everything you would expect from a bike at this price. The only thing I found was on putting the front wheel on the disc brakes rubbed and not being practically minded l had to get some help in fixing them. This is the second bike I've bought and the same problem on each bike otherwise a great bike.
It has a great motor with the right amount of peak power for 31 kilo bike! Needs air suspension a decent saddle and grips plus the indicators symbols need to work on the display when the indicator switch is operated!! Otherwise a solid bike!!

Love this bike great value for money I’m used to a mountain bike which was hurting my wrist but this bike is more upright so it’s more comfortable for me I’m thinking about getting my husband one as well just going to wait to see if there is any offers first No regrets about this purchase so far would highly recommend x
Bike is very nice but I'm having to take it to my local bike shop as the gears keep jumping out of turn
For the price point this is an exceptional ebike with very peppy acceleration from the torque sensor. As a seasoned cyclist I need higher gears but hopefully this will be a chainring change. A great fun bike to commute on. Well done Vitilan.
Very please with the bike that arrived well packed and easy to assemble. However the front basket that was supplied could not be fitted as the screws supplied in the frame were 20mm long not 30mm which is the required length. The company have been informed of this and I am awaiting replacement screws.
The bike arrived well packed and in good condition. One problem which I resolved was the left hand brake sensor was not working. After taking it apart I found that the rubber grommet was not correctly installed. Easily fixed. Po
I only gave 2 stars to answer your question. When I received the box, it was glued with tape all over. I sent photos of this, as well as the scratched paint on the battery and other areas. You offered to send me black paint for the scratches. I waited 14 hours for the battery to charge (??). When I tried to access the display to change the kilometers to miles, it was impossible because the operation and maintenance manual doesn't match. After making a request to your service, you sent me a 14-second video, no explanation, no correction to the display manual. I would have liked to set a password to start the bike, but that's not possible. The switch that controls the display doesn't work properly, and the basket to install, I put it aside because the screw holes don't match. I would have to re-drill and re-tap the frame. The brakes vibrate when in operation, and I haven't found out why. I hope to receive at least a manual that matches and some solutions for the rest. Thanks in advance. J.A. Vasseur alphetec@gmail.com

It is very difficult to get in touch with you I cannot get into the special menu the bike is powerful but not geared very well i cannot go beyond 12mph
Unfortunately the weather hasn't been good enough to take it out yet. But initial set up was easy, apart from the front basket. In order to fit this, it needed re-forming with spreaders, clamps & patience, so as not to damage the paint, the bike looks impressive once built My only other concern is that I don't think it's road legal for England. Excellent bike, delivered on time. Well packed with no damage. Unfortunately bike is set up for European market, not British, so front and left brake levers are on the wrong side so will have to swap them over which will need a top up and bleeding of hydraulic brake fluid.
Our bikes came within 4 days. They were easy to put together. They run smoothly and have wonderful features. Don’t hesitate to buy these bikes.

I was surprised at the quality of this bike. Assembly took about an hour with all needed tools included. My wife likes it and performance is good.
Bike is good and powerful, and rides very comfy, however there are a couple of things to improve: - the front basket didnt fit on its slot so had to go to a bike shop to get it wielded and fitted. - the disc on the crankset is too small for the power of the bike, so pedalling over 25 km/h is very difficult and i find that i never shift gears as a consequence. A revision of the bike should definitely need a bigger one to improve its functionality.
