How well does the M5 climb hills? What's the max gradient it can handle?
Equipped with27.5"×2.8" tires, the M5 delivers excellent grip on gravel, loose dirt, and similar surfaces. Combined with atorque sensor + 500W motor, it provides instant and linear power response. Under normal load, the M5 can climb slopes of up to30°, making it easy to tackle mountain trails and off‑road adventures.
How is a torque sensor different from a regular cadence sensor?
Traditional cadence sensors only detect pedaling speed, often causing abrupt power delivery. The M5'storque sensorinstantly measures how hard you pedal and delivers proportional assistance – linear, natural, and intuitive. No sudden surges – you go as fast or as slow as you want, for a smooth, body‑friendly ride.
What makes the full suspension system special?
The M5 features afront adjustable air fork (with lockout) + rear DNM air shock. Locking the front fork prevents energy loss on climbs and improves efficiency on flat terrain; opening it absorbs bumps and impacts. The rear shock smooths out large drops and continuous ruts, protecting your back. Whether on gravel, tree roots, or uneven trails, the M5 offers extreme comfort and confident handling.
What are the range and charging time of the M5?
Powered by a48V 15Ah LG lithium‑ion battery, the M5 delivers a real‑world range of50‑80 km(depending on riding mode, terrain, and load). A full charge takes about 4‑6 hours with the standard charger. The battery is removable for convenient indoor charging.
How can the top speed of the M5 be unlocked?
The M5 is set with a default speed of 25 km/h, making it ideal for outdoor exploration and long-distance rides. When the speed limit is removed, the e-bike can reach a top speed of up to 40 km/h. For instructions on how to safely unlock the speed limit, please contact our customer service team.
How long for the delivery times?
The estimated delivery time is 2–9 business days. Certain exceptional situations may result in logistic delays.
Do l need to assemble the bike?
We have pre-assembled 90% of the bike for you. You only need to tighten the wheel bolts, install the seat and handlebars, and attach a few remaining parts to be ready to ride.
What's your warranty policy?
The M5 covered for 18 months.

Does the M5 have water-resistant protection?
The M5 meets the IPX6 waterproof standard, protecting against light to moderate rain and splashes.
